The Lemonade Diet

The Lemonade Diet, which is also known as the Master Cleanse or Maple Syrup Diet, works as a detoxification and fasting program, too. Although it has been known for more than 50 years, the diet became very popular after the artist Beyonce announced she lost 20 pounds on it.

In order to have great results, Stanley Burroughss recommends a minimum of ten days on the Lemonade Diet. However, depending on your physical condition, you can try it for only seven days or less, because this recipe involves drinking just lemon juice, and not eating any foods during the whole time.

Although it might seem wonderful, the Lemonade Diet is pretty severe, so you need to be careful.
